This week we started to do some testing and I have finally finished my visual language task. My task was to make a board filled with pictures and words that can be used to describe me and was made so Mrs Crowe could learn a bit about us. On my board I have included many things about me, who I am and what I enjoy to do. I have learnt lots about other kids by looking at these. I cant wait till Monday morning assembly because the class counsellors and the house captains will be announced. I really want to be house captain this year because I want some more leadership responsibility and I want to improve my public speaking skills. these are the same reasons that I want to be class counsellor.

I find it interesting that you wrote this in future tense when you already knew that you had been chosen as a House Captain - congratulations! I know that you you will rise to being a leader in our school and be a lot more confident in yourself and your abilities!! I believe in your ability to do this!
